Return and Cancellation Conditions

Legal Regulation

According to Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, there is no right of withdrawal for digital content and services. Once you purchase a premium subscription, refunds are not available.

Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation is effective from the next billing period
  • You can continue to use the service until the end of the current period
  • Cancellation can be done from account settings

Special Cases

In case of technical failure or service interruption that prevents service usage, your subscription period will be extended for the affected time.
