2.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and updates may temporarily affect service availability.

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

All payments are processed securely through Iyzico, our authorized payment service provider. By making a payment, you also agree to Iyzico's terms of service and privacy policy.

You may use PatiLearn for educational, personal, and commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Creating content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Generating slides with hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content
• Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
• Using the service to spam or distribute malware
• Violating intellectual property rights of third parties
• Sharing account credentials or circumventing usage limits

5.3 Content Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove content that violates these terms. Automated systems may flag potentially problematic content for review.

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

PatiLearn, including our AI models, software, designs, and trademarks, are owned by us and protected by Turkish and international intellectual property laws.

6.2 User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you provide
• You own the slides generated based on your inputs
• You grant us a license to process your inputs to provide the service
• You may use generated slides for any lawful purpose

6.3 Third-Party Content

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
